President Uhuru Kenyatta’s legal team led by senior counsel Fred Ngatia responded to Nasa’s allegations that the August elections were not free, accountable and verifiable and maintained that there was no mathematical formula used to declare Uhuru winner.

Ngatia: All the voters entitled to vote voted in the August elections.

Ngatia: Observers even declared the elections vote free, fair and transparent.

Ngatia: There was no mathematical formulae, the vote addition, reduction is a red herring.This was in response to the allegation made by the petitioner that a mathematical formula was used to skew the votes in favour of Uhuru.
