12:12 In Borabu constituency, Ben Momanyi (Wiper) declared winner after getting 14,508 votes against ODM’s Patrick Osero who received 13, 020 votes.

12:00 James Gesami (ODM) retains his West Mugirango parliamentary seat garnering 17,028 votes against his Progressive Party’s Meshack Mochoge (7,658).

11:52 Alice Muthoni (TNA) beats former MP Maina Kamau (DP) in Kandara constituency. She polled 52,810 votes against Mr Kamau’s 15,222.

11:50 James Mwangi (TNA) wins the Embakasi North MP seat with 31,590 votes. ODM’s Joan Otieno polled 26,273.

11:43 Thomas Mwadeghu retains Wundanyi MP seat (7,469). Others in the race were Simon Mwachia of URP 6,067, Safina’s Newton Kifuso 2,430, Elistone Mwasela (Wiper) 1,535,James Mwasambo (UDF) 589, Lanagali Mwaengo (Narc) 578 and Stanley Maighacho (SDP)135.

11:40 Raila Odinga gets 16,582 votes, Uhuru Kenyatta garners 1,227 votes, Martha Karua 163, Peter Kenneth 134,James ole kiyapi 196, Musalia Mudavadi 163, Abduba Dida 63 and Paul Muite 54 in Wundanyi constituency.

11:30 IEBC says chairman Isaack Hassan will announce the first final results received from Returning Officers at Bomas of Kenya starting 11.30am.

11:25 TNA’s Benson Mutura (37,644) is Makadara MP elect. He defeats former Nairobi mayor George Aladwa (ODM) 36,079.

11:18 In Mbooni, Michael Kisoi garners 14,490 votes to clinch the parliamentary seat.

11:06 Former Attorney General Amos Wako (ODM) takes lead against former Namable MP Chris Okemo (Ford Kenya) in the Busia Senate race. Mr Wako has polled 106, 265 against Okemo’s 32,537.

11:02 Kenyatta 2,815,523 (53.33pc) against Odinga’s 2,222,231 (42.09pc).

11:00 Daniel Maanzo (Wiper) is Makueni MP elect after garnering 14,523 votes against Narc’s Peter Kiilu (12,677).
