Wreckage of Missing Flight Located in the Aberdares

The wreckage of the missing Fly Sax flight has been located at the peak of the Aberdares Forest in Njabini.

According to a statement by transport PS Paul Maringa , the wreckage of the plane, which is reasonably damaged, was spotted by one of the rescue helicopters at the Elephant Point in the Aberdares around am in the morning, following crucial leads by the locals.

The rescue teams are however yet to get to the location of the wreckage but teams on the ground have been given co-ordinates to the location and have already been dispatched there.

The search and rescue mission was called off last evening due to bad weather and nightfall.

NO SURVIVORS IN PLANE CRASH

The 48 hour search and rescue mission that ensued following the missing of the Fly Sax plane has come to a close on Thursday afternoon after all the bodies of the 8 passengers and two pilots on board were discovered in the wreckage,  which had been located earlier today at the peak of the Aberdares.
