A total of 1,707,734 vaccines have so far been administered across the country. Of these, the total first doses are 1,055,341 while the second doses are 647,393.
The COVID-19 positivity rate in Kenya now stands at 14.4%.
According to stats issued by the Ministry of Health on Thursday, 1,068 people tested positive for the disease, from a sample size of 7,398 tested in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed Corona Virus cases in the country to 201,009.
The country has so far conducted 2,116,979 tests and recorded 3,910 deaths so far. Total recoveries now stand at 188,222; 150,043 are from the Home Based Care & Isolation program, & 38,179 are from various health facilities.
