The police arrested three men at the funeral of Nairobi’s “pretty gangster”, Claire Mwaniki, who was shot dead last week in Kayole.

The three men arrested are said to be relatives of Claire and have been identified as Samuel Kiboi, Samuel Maramu and Amos Ngaire.

Clare Mwaniki alias Clea Adi Vybz or “queen of Gaza”  was shot dead last week alongside her colleague after they engaged the police in a fire exchange. 

News about her death spread like bushfire on social media as many found it hard to believe that such a pretty lady was indeed a dangerous criminal.

Claire Njoki’s funeral took place in a tension-filled, brief ceremony at her parent’s home in Murang’a.

The police is still hunting down claire’s husband, only identified as Mwaniki and the rest of the thugs who escaped on the day the “pretty gangster” was killed.
