Prominent Tanzania Businessman, Mohamed Dewji (43), who is touted as Africa’s youngest billionaire was reportedly abducted on Thursday morning in Dar es Salaam.

Mohamed Dewji, Mo, as he is popularly referred to was allegedly kidnapped at gunpoint at Oyster Bay hotel as he walked into a gym.

Reports from Tanzanian authorities indicated that the businessman was waylaid by two white men, who were in the company of others, whose number could not be established in two waiting cars.

According to Dar es Salaam Police boss Lazurus Mambosasa, they are hunting down the culprits and three suspects have already been arrested in connection with the incident.
