Award winning and reality Tv star, Bahati has officially become Africa’s most followed gospel artist on Instagram after he clocked 2 million followers.

The artist, famed for his “Being Bahati” reality show and “Mama” song took to his social media to celebrate the fete.

“2 Million Instagram followers that makes @BahatiKenya the ‘Most Followed Solo Artist’ in Kenya and the ‘Most Followed Gospel Artist in Africa’” he posted.

In a world where the number of social media followers are used to measure a celebrity’s worth, Bahati’s high following will definitely translate to money as he attracts more influence marketing deals from brands.

Bahati’s wife Diana Marua’s Instagram account has 920K followers.
